Always Flowing

Everyone has all the signs & all the planets somewhere in their birthchart.
Astrology correlates to reality; it does not cause it.

The big day is Tuesday, December 21, 2010, when we not only experience a powerful Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse, but also the annual Winter Solstice or the official first day of Winter in the Northern hemisphere.

Monday night may appear to be Full Moon time although it actually peaks on Tues. Dec. 21, 2010, at 2:14 am, CST; the Sun (conscious center of being) at 29* fiery, optimistic, expansive Sagittarius is exactly opposite Moon (feelings, memories, moods) at 29* airy, inquisitive, articulate Gemini.

A Lunar Eclipse happens only during particular Full Moons, usually twice/yearly, when Earth is directly in-between the solar sphere & the lunar sphere; therefore Earth’s shadow falls on the Moon.In this case the freedom-loving, tolerant, enthusiastic & inspirational Sagittarius Sun represents the future, earth symbolizes the present or current conditions & the intelligent, rational, versatile & inventive Gemini Moon reflects the past.

We always have an abundance of electromagnetic energy during a Full Moon but a Lunar Eclipse represents a time/space passageway that can change things at an accelerated speed; a possible spiritual/psychological breakthrough. All Solar power (Future) is funneled toward Earth (Present time,) releasing us from constraints of Moon issues (Past), propelling us toward fresh experiences & evolutionary fulfillment of potential. This Eclipse symbolizes closing a door on the lingering past that is no longer relevant and assimilating new frequency information to help propel us forward.

It would be wise to do what you can to avoid emotional exhaustion & over-stimulation of the nervous system (good luck)…both Sag & Gemini have a tendency to be quite verbal & to over-extend. Use your better judgment through this busy holiday season. Physical exercise & heart-to-heart communication help. The communicator Mercury is still Retrograde (a short period of possible confusion, misunderstandings, delays & machine/techno malfunctions) through Dec. 30th, so be patient, kind. compassionate & ” breathe before blurting!”

Transmutation

Intuitive, unpredictable, electrical Uranus & expansive, optimistic Jupiter are conjunct in spiritual, imaginative, psychic Pisces; forming a challenging square aspect to both Sun & Moon which could result in our familiar companion STRESS showing up. Get out of your mind & into your heart…flow into the present moment.

I won’t go into all of the varying aspects during this eventful day, but there is definitely a tremendous intersection of dramatic creation & destruction energy in the air, possible power struggles ( personal & collective), self-empowerment opportunities & an evolutionary transformation of a permanent, irreversible, life-altering consciousness.

Winter Solstice takes place on December 21st at 5: 39 pm, CST (shortly after the Full Moon peaks) as Sun enters the first degree of the electromagnetic field of Capricorn. This is the darkest time of the year (Northern Hemisphere), the longest night & yet it is also the turning point when we begin to experience a bit more light every day. The Ancients in many cultures celebrated this seemingly magical occasion & so do I!

I know what my New Years resolution is going to be! Let go of fear-based negative immediate reactions; my ego mind seem to think first of what could go wrong. It has taken me this long to decide to do something about that!

Peace and Love fellow humans…here are wise words from Don Miguel Ruiz

Be impeccable with your word.

Don’t take anything personally.

Don’t make assumptions.

Always do your best.
